En mi opinión, no existe dicotomía entre tecnología y personas. Es personas y tecnología. La una sin la otra, no tiene sentido. Esta es la difícil decisión estratégica y cambio de mindset que muchas empresas aun no han tomado en este sector. El sector logístico ya no es un sector donde únicamente lo físico y las personas son lo importante. La tecnología y los datos son igual de relevantes que las personas (y seguramente cada día, lo serán más).
